1. What is i-Gift?
i-Gift is a Lifestyle Loyalty Program which provides Unconditional Redemption and Cash Rebate supported by over 100 participating merchants, i-Gift members will be able to enjoy a wide ranging network of products and services.

2. What do you mean by Unconditional Redemption?
Unconditional Redemption means that you do not need to purchase anything upon redemption. Free gifts will be given to you when you bring along and present your Redemption Booklet to the participating merchant outlets.

3. What is i-Gift vision and mission?
i-Gift's Vision is to be Malaysia's premier loyalty program gateway that offers the most trusted and unrivalled benefits to consumers. I-Gift's mission is to bridge the gap between different business owners through effective business sharing, resources integration and joint promotions, create added value services to consumers, reward consumers through an integrated rebate system, member-get-member reward system and commitment to introduce CRM practice among our members.

4. How does i-Gift's Cash Rebate system work?
Whenever you make a purchase at any of our selected merchants, you will be able to enjoy cash rebates. Different industry will have different percentage of cash rebate. The cash rebate is 100% monetary which will be auto top-up into your i-Gift Card.

5. How many years i-Gift has been establish?
i-Gift has been established for 4 years and formerly was known as Blockbuster Alliance Sdn. Bhd. In the year of 2006, 2007 and 2008, i-Gift had 10, 20 and 50 Merchant Partners consecutively.

6. What is i-Gift hotline number?

Membership & Offers

1. How can I sign up as i-Gift  member?
i. You are invited to i-Gift's headquarter office during office hours or
ii. Any promotion booth counter

2. How much does it cost to sign up as i-Gift member?
The cost to sign up as i-Gift member is RM599 which includes
• Worth RM10,000 of Free Gifts, Services and Discount Vouchers
• EON Bank Visa Prepaid Card
• RM399 of Healthy Water Pillow
• Member Cash Rebate
• Member-Get-Member Cash Rebate
• Seasonal & Grand Annual Lucky Draw
• Life Membership

 
3. Why must I join i-Gift?
As a i-Gift member, besides the Unconditional Redemption and Cash Rebate System, the cash rebate system can be extended to card members who introduce their friends and families to the program. Each time they spend using their i-Gift card, it will be auto top-up as cash rebates into their introducer's cards.

4. Do we need to renew i-Gift's membership?
No, it is a free lifetime membership.

1. Is there any warranty on the water pillow?
Yes, one year from the date you purchase.

2. Who can we contact if the water pillow got problem?

Card Issue

1. What is i-Gift Card?
i-Gift Card is a Visa prepaid card which is accepted worldwide by any merchants displaying Visa logo. i-Gift Card holders can enjoy endless benefit and fun at all participating i-Gift Merchant Partners especially the extraordinary Cash Rebate system.

2. What are the qualifications to apply i-Gift Card?
• Malaysian who holds a National Registration Identity Card (NRIC)
• For non-Malaysian, photocopy of the passport and a valid address in Malaysia is required
• Principal applicant must be at least 12 or below 65 years of age

3. Where can I use the i-Gift Card?
The i-Gift Card can be used at all Merchants with Visa Terminal, and of course it is mostly welcomed at all i-Gift's participating Merchants to enjoy the cash rebate benefit.

4. After submitting my Application Form, when can I receive my i-Gift Card?
You will receive your i-Gift Card within ONE (1) month time upon your Application Form's Submission.
 
5. How should I activate my i-Gift card after I received it?
You should activate your i-Gift Card by top-up into it through EON Bank & EONCAP Islamic Bank branches via
• ATMs (Transfer from EON Bank & EONCAP Islamic Bank Savings or Current Account)
• Cheque or Cash Deposit Machines
• Auto Funds Transfer from EON Bank & EONCAP Islamic Bank Savings or Current account

6. Is there any Annual Fee Charges for i-Gift Card?
For i-Gift Card, first year's Annual Fee is entitled to waive. There will be a RM20 Annual Fee charges for the subsequent year but this charges can be waived if you use your card at least 12 transactions at any amounts over the preceding 12 calendar months.

7. What is the top up range?
• Initial Top Up Payment: RM 50
• Maximum Top Up Amount: Up to RM 10,000
• Maximum Top Up Per Day: TWO (2) times
• Reload Fee EON Bank & EONCAP Islamic Bank: FREE

8. Can I withdraw cash from my i-Gift Card? What is the maximum withdrawal amount and minimum balance for i-Gift Card?
Yes, you can but you need a PIN number. Your i-Gift Card's PIN number will be sent to your mailing address within TWO (2) weeks after your account had been activated, allowing you to withdraw cash from all EON Bank and EONCAP Islamic Bank ATMs. The maximum withdrawal amount is RM3,000 per day and the minimum balance for the Card is Zero Value.

9. Can I view my transaction statement through online via EON Bank Group (EBG) Internet Banking?
No. To view statement online via EBG internet banking is not available. You can request statement in hardcopy which will cost RM5.00 per request for second request onwards or check balance at ATM machine.

10. What happens if I lost my i-Gift card?
If you lost your i-Gift Card, you should report it immediately to EON Bank 24-Hour Customer Service Centre at 03- 2616 1133. There will be a charge of RM 20.00 for card replacement.

11. What are the fees and charges for i-Gift Card?
• Activation Fee: RM 20
• Overseas Transaction: Foreign Exchange/Conversion Fee based on 1% of the purchase value and a Retail Transaction Fee of RM1 per transaction.
• ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee:
i. EON Bank & EONCAP Islamic Bank ATMs: FREE
ii.Others Bank ATMs: RM 10.00 per transaction

12. Is i-Gift Card a Credit Card?
No, i-Gift Card is not a Credit Card or Debit Card. i-Gift Card is a Visa Prepaid Card which there is no income qualification required for this card as well as similar to your prepaid mobile phone service. You not only can enjoy spending endless fun with the cash amount you top up in it, but also earn Member or Member-Get-Member Cash Rewards.

 

Redemption Booklet Issue

1. What is a Redemption Booklet?
A Redemption Booklet is a booklet issued by i-Gift where Unconditional Redemption, amazing discounts and special privileges were offered to booklet holders. This booklet consists of all the promotional product and services by all participating merchants.

2. Can customers redeem only with the torn out Vouchers without the Redemption Booklet?
No. Redemption Booklet holders need to bring the whole booklet to merchant outlets for redemptions.

3. How many times can a Redemption Booklet Holder redeem their gifts or services?
Redemption Booklet holders only can redeem ONCE for each promoting product or services.

4. How long will be validity for a Redemption Booklet? Can customers do redemptions if the Redemption Booklet expired?
The Redemption Booklet is only valid for SIX (6) months upon the issuing date. Once the Redemption Booklet is expired, it cannot be used for any redemption purposes.

5. Are the Vouchers in the Redemption Booklet transferable? Can customers redeem on behalf of the Redemption Booklet holder?
Yes, the Vouchers in the Redemption Booklet are transferable and it can be redeemed on behalf. To do so, the original Redemption Booklet holder need to call-in the specific outlet for acknowledgement and verification. This is to avoid any scheme or frauds.

6. What should I do if there is a fake or forged Redemption Booklet or Vouchers?
If there were any fake or forged Redemption Booklet or Vouchers, please kindly report the case to Merchant's HQ and i-Gift's HQ. This is to minimize forgery and actions will be taken toward the offenders.

7. Will the Vouchers be valid if they are spoilt or tattered?
Spoilt or tattered Vouchers will be rejected and invalid. They cannot be used for redemptions.

8. Can redemptions take place by presenting only i-Gift card without bringing along the Redemption Booklet?
No, one cannot do redemptions without the Redemption Booklet. We cannot verify whether he had done his redemptions or not only with the card.

9. Who should I contact if there are enquiries on the redemption and i-Gift Lifestyle Loyalty Program?

10. Do I need to make any appointments before going to the outlets for redemptions?
It depends on the Merchant's request. You need to check on the Voucher's terms & conditions to determine on the need for appointment.


11. Is the Redemption Booklet valid at all Merchant's Outlet nationwide?
No. The Redemption Booklet is only valid at the participating Merchant Outlets listed in the booklet nationwide.

12. Any replacement if I loss or damage the booklet?
i-Gift does not have any replacement if the booklet is loss or damage.

13. Can I own more than one Redemption Booklet?
No. If you happen to be entitled another Redemption Booklet, you are allowed to transfer the booklet to other people with the issuing merchant's consent.


14. Can we bring more than one redemption booklet?
No, you cannot redeem more than one booklet at the same time. By right, the owners need to inform merchants first if you want to substitute them for any redemption.

15. Is the redemption of gifts or services can be exchanged for cash?
All Redemption Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
